Your session time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
If you have any questions before booking, you are welcome to get in touch to ensure the treatment is right for you.
This policy is in place to protect both your time and the integrity of the work.
